Equine Entry works out what each horse and rider is eligible for, watches the paperwork that expires, and fills the entry form — for every AHA regional and Scottsdale, with the record of 773,000 Arabian horses behind it.
The screen a trainer checks before a deadline.
A twenty-horse barn tracks hundreds of dates across a dozen clients. One lapsed certificate leaves a horse at home.
Which classes a horse and rider can actually enter — from breed, discipline, competition age, amateur standing and who owns the horse. Codes and fees straight from the prize list.
Coggins, vaccinations, memberships, Safe Sport and microchip records measured against each show's date rather than today's. You hear weeks ahead.
Registration facts, three generations of pedigree, foals, owners past and present and the complete show record — for 773,000 horses, read from AHA DataSource and kept current by readers that run all day.
Horse, owner, trainer and rider details collected once and merged into the official entry form, with a verification record showing where every fact came from. The packet assembles itself, every card and certificate attached.
Sires, dams, breeders, owners and riders ranked by champions at Nationals, Regionals and Scottsdale. Recounted nightly, independently re-checked, and every line can show its work.
Their own login, on their phone. They photograph what they have and the dates read themselves. You stop chasing people for membership cards.
Entry deadlines land weeks before the shows themselves. Equine Entry works backwards from each one.
Horses fill in from the database — registration number, breed, sex, foaling date, sire and dam, matched to AHA. We set up the rest with you.
An invitation goes out, they photograph their papers, and membership and Safe Sport are verified from public records.
Every AHA regional and Scottsdale with dates, closings, fees and office contacts; Scottsdale and Region 7 with every class, code and fee.
Only the classes each pair is eligible for, with anything expiring before the show shown in red.
Every card, certificate and proof attached, and the show office sees what was verified and how. A packet with a blocking item cannot be sent.
One purebred Arabian in western pleasure, with an adult amateur who owns him. These are the classes open to that pair at a regional championship — and entering the wrong one costs a courtesy post-entry fee.
Barns submit through Equine Entry; your office sees each entry with the proof attached, so you are confirming rather than collecting.
Trainer, time submitted, stalls, total fees, and a zip with every membership card, Coggins and Rhino certificate and proof picture.
Which facts were verified against the registry, which were copied from the database, which the trainer entered — and any trainer override, in the trainer's words.
ADD and SCRATCH lines since submission, per barn, with an activity log you can download.

No packet with a blocking item can be submitted. If an entry marked Clear is refused by the show office for any item on its record, Equine Entry refunds its fees for that show and pays the post-entry penalty, up to the published cap.
Equine Entry carries professional liability (errors & omissions) insurance covering its verification service.
Riders see who opened each of their documents. Data is never sold or used for advertising. Hosted on Microsoft Azure with daily backups and fourteen days of point-in-time restore.
