Equine Entry

Terms of Use

Last updated October 16, 2026

Equine Entry helps Arabian horse trainers, riders and show offices prepare and submit show entries. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Equine Entry.

1. Your account

2. Using the horse database

Equine Entry keeps a database of horses — registrations, pedigrees, owners, breeders, photos and related records — so members can find and enter their horses. You may look up horses for your own showing, breeding, buying, selling and record-keeping.

You may not:

We watch how the database is used. Accounts that look automated may be paused or closed without notice, and we may take further steps to protect the database.

3. Your information and documents

4. Accuracy

We check records against their official sources, but sources can be wrong or out of date. Before a show, confirm anything that matters for your entry with the show office or the registry. Equine Entry isn't responsible for a show's own rules, deadlines or decisions.

5. Changes and ending your account

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept the update. You can stop using Equine Entry at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

6. Limits

Equine Entry is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for problems caused by outside sources, shows or registries.
